Join us for an lovely afternoon of art, prairie landscapes, and conversation with local artist Rachael M. Wells. We will have several new paintings on exhibit in our grand prairie hall, snacks and refreshments to enjoy, and take the chance to chat with the artist about her work and her inspiration - the prairie and natural world around her. Along with exhibited original pieces, Rachael will have prints and cards of her work for sale.

Rachael Wells is a visual artist who has professional training in both the arts and environmental sciences. Having a desire to bring joy to others, she paints colorful nature scenes on recycled wood panels that are used to create prints and greeting cards, as well as painting on rocks for the garden. After living most of her adult life near the rainforest and beaches of Australia, Rachael now resides in her homeland here in Lincoln, Nebraska.
