Spring Creek Prairie is excited to welcome back Rachel Simmons to kick off Bird Month in Nebraska with FLOCK!  It is the 10th anniversary of FLOCK being at Spring Creek Prairie. During the week of May 4-7 she’ll be at Constellation Studios, but on Sunday, May 4, join Rachel at Spring Creek Prairie for an all-ages welcome BIRD PRINTMAKING project! Learn from Rachel, a professor at Rollins College and book & print artist extraordinaire, how to make your own bird print and use our Nebraska bird silhouettes to add to this amazing collaborative project.  Many of the birds made will go up at Spring Creek Prairie for display in May.  All art supplies will be provided and the project is fun for all ages, but best for students 12 and up who can handle scissors or knives to cut and print safely.  SPACE is limited so registration is necessary. Registration is now open.
